Apart from Panlong Gorge, this project is a large integrated leisure and resort in South China which is located in Prince Mountain, Huadu district, Guangzhou. Since it is a resort center which close to center of Guangzhou. Its area is several times larger than Panlong Gorge. Here includes plenty of functions and activities, not only for holiday, as well as therapeutic, meeting, entertainment, water activities, drift and so on. You can experience five to six diverse restaurants here and several different styles of hotel. There’re different themes in here which integrate tourism resources and renovation, such as fairytale hotel. Since this comprehensive resort project hasn’t grown up in South China, here becomes a tourism symbol of South China. Here is convenient for customer from Southeast Asia and Guangzhou since it just takes15mins ride from Huadu International Airport and 45mins ride from Guangzhou. Being here, you can experience a boardroom center which can accommodate more than 1500 people, reasonable hotel, luxury Six-star hotel and villas and various water entertainments.
Our design crew is different design companies from different countries. Inspiration Studio is in charge for our chief design. Planning, construction, water activities, amusement, interior design, lighting, gardening and etc. are produced by different famous design teams and companies which lead to a brand new and comprehensive program.
This case is located in north Timian Town of Prince Mountain Forest Park, Huadu, Guangzhou. It is a resort area that is near Guangzhou downtown. Based on the original landscape of Prince Mountain, we have combined hotels, conferences, leisure, water games, sanatorium to such a splendid environment so that we made an international Ecology Travel Resort.
Southeast Asian design is well-known to the world for its beauty of nature and culture, especially in Perl River Delta region. We focus on the handcraft but not the traditional style, so you will feel the elegance of Southeast Asia.
The space looks luxurious and romantic for its various wood strips and luxurious curtains. In order to make a comfortable and free space, we have also applied the furniture of the simplest materials. As you can see, it is a space of modern Southeast Asian style by the blending of those two materials.
項目座落于廣州市花都區梯面鎮王子山，是南中國繼盤龍峽後又一個超大型的旅游度假生態綜合項目。占地面積比盤龍峽大好幾倍，是一個和廣州城市中心較近的生態度假區。這裏的複合設施非常多，不單只是度假，還包括養生、會議、娛樂、大型水上項目、漂流…… 餐廳的形式也多樣化，有五六種，酒店的形式也有十幾種。這裏有不同的主題的精心策劃并集合了許多旅游資源，如那些童話式的酒店就是其中一種。迄今爲止中國南部還很少這樣的項目，所以本案已成爲南中國的一張旅游名片。項目距花都國際機場僅15分鐘車程，到廣州也不過45分鐘的車程，既方便東南亞的客人也吸引在廣州生活的客人前往。這裏有可容納超1500人的會議中心、價格實惠的酒店、超豪華六星的酒店和別墅群，玩水區也有許多種形式。
設計團隊中包括不同國家的設計公司，總控由湯物臣•肯文設計事務所擔當。規劃、建築、水上活動、機動游戲、室內、燈光、園林等分別由不同的國際知名設計公司合力打造，是一個全新的大型綜合項目。
專案位於廣州花都北部梯面鎮王子山森林公園景區內，是一個離廣州市區較近的生態度假區。依託王子山森林公園原有植被、山體林地等景觀基礎，本專案把高品質的酒店、會議、主題休閒娛樂文化、水上機動遊玩設施、遊憩療養高端產品等融入生態與自然景觀的良好環境中，打造“立足國內、放眼世界綜合型的生態旅遊度假區”。
東南亞風格的設計以其來自熱帶雨林的自然之美和濃鬱的民族特色風靡世界，尤其在氣候之接近的珠三角地區更是受到熱烈追捧，注重手工工藝而拒絕同質的乏味，在盛夏給人們帶來東南亞風雅的氣息。
以奢華、實用為目的，通過豐富的木線變化、富麗的窗簾帷幄是現代豪華室內裝飾的固定模式，空間環境多表現出華美、富麗、浪漫的氣氛。為快節奏生活的都市人營造一個舒適自由的生活空間，傢俱卻反而要選用最樸素的樣式、最沉實的材質，兩種完全不同的性格互相映照，方才構成最為飽滿的現代東南亞風情。
