1月17日，湯物臣•肯文創意集團2014年新年晚會以“TOGETHER——我，和我的小夥伴”為主題在有著南粵風情的唐荔園隆重舉行。
全體員工以“小夥伴”元素的裝扮陸續入場，抽取“經典卡通角色”入場券，兒時的回憶悉數用上心頭。特別打造設計的“馬上奔跑”卡通互動留影區引來眾多人的拍照留念，寓意在新的一年裡，集團將群策群力，在設計的道路上快樂奔跑，創造更多傲人佳績。
晚會現場還邀請到集團的眾多“好友”蒞臨，嘉賓包括立品品牌策劃有限公司創始人/創意總監、著名先鋒設計師、策展人石川先生、立品品牌策劃有限公司聯合創始人/運營總監鄭錚先生、卓藝裝飾設計有限公司設計總監韋傑先生、資深設計媒體人、7+5微設創始人孫文松先生、微信新媒體領軍人、設計聯創始人張靖先生、資深媒體人、鳳凰出版傳媒集團首席策劃謝茵女士、嶺南群英匯合夥人黃劍博士、《Interior Design美國室內》中文版副出版人/華南運營總監楊迪晟先生、南湖國旅投資公司副總經理毛翔先生、集團董事/設計總監謝英凱先生、董事/市場總監謝英濤先生、董事/設計總監羅卓毅先生出席了本次新年晚會並發表新年致辭。
集團董事/設計總監謝英凱以“我，和我的小夥伴”為主題，述說兒時夢想、集團發展歷程，對在發展過程中給予集團幫助和支持的股東、同事、設計同行、客戶、媒體表達了深深的謝意，同時還總結了2013年集團各分公司業績情況，對表現突出的員工進行了表彰。先後辦法了2013年度全年全勤獎、2013年度最佳新員工獎、2013年度我最喜愛員工獎、2013年度集團優秀支持員工獎、2013年度優秀前線員工獎以及為加入集團工作滿十週年的員工特設的“十年功勳獎”，其中一位連續十一年全勤的員工更是令到場嘉賓贊不絕口。
熱烈且感人的頒獎儀式結束後，由集團員工自發編排的文藝節目精彩上演。由員工們自編自導自拍的《老闆，去哪兒》MV作為晚會開場，掀起現場的第一波高唱，歡笑聲不斷；緊接而來的卡通人物Cosplay走秀表演更是引來一片喝彩，緊追潮流、自編自演的舞台劇《爸爸去哪兒》也來到年會現場，勁歌熱舞，詼諧滑稽；最精彩的壓軸大戲“INS洗剪吹”三人男子天團歌舞表演，串燒近幾年大熱的流行舞步，讓現場氣氛High到爆。作為一年一度的新年晚會，最扣人心弦的環節莫過於大抽獎，給予2013年度集團業績增長喜人，董事會特別將獎品金額翻倍提升，有時下最受歡迎的MacBook Air、iPhone5S、iPad、索尼微單等獎品，整個抽獎環節全場沸騰。
