SEED OF LIGHT
Nature was organized and yet varied it comes down to seed.
Base on the Canton East Tower of Guangzhou，where the CBD area that most of skyscrapers crowded together. This 55th floor fund office has the best view as if standing on the cloud.
Through visualizing the Genius Loci, it shows that the office has no absolute boundary of cognition, but the existential possibility of multiple prospective fields as a resource integration platform.
SEED MODE
As a container for retention time, seed is full of imagination. The lighting art device has stored every representative item of their investment at the entrance of the office.
The finance valuation model is embodied as a concrete seed mode in order to express the internal values of enterprise.
GENIUS LOCI
” I fail to realize at that moment, but in retrospect, it was the first time I am experiencing the ‘present’. “
Designer has reconfigured its blocked structure，which is with weak daylighting and single-route. Light abounds, vast vision predominates, it reshaped people’s cognition of an urban office.
Reception area is the first place to see when walking into the office. It is particularly important that express the spirit of interaction and forward-looking vision, which represents the enterprise itself.
SOFTNESS
The ubiquitous softness, skillfully infiltrated into the relationship between space and human movement. Steering the direction of sight and releasing the tenderness of space, it has played a key role in the reconstruction of office’s characteristics.
In order to meet the rising demand under the different working patterns, we attentively designed a series of modular furniture, which is consistent with the space qualities as well as brings more comfort and flexibility for the mordern office. It can also become a spiritual area for staff.
ABOUT PROJECT
By extending the plan of “Seed of Light” from reconstruction to commercial project, we intend to seep into another area of urban regeneration, which is more wide-ranging and full of vitality, hope and future. In this case，”Seed of Light 2.0″ was borned.

“萬物有序而形態萬千，它們的根源是種子 ”
廣州東塔55層基金總部，地處廣州珠江新城CBD核心區域，這裡有著最密集的摩天樓地標，俯瞰外景的廣闊視野，彷似立於雲端。
設計師以「場所精神」為媒介，展現辦公室作為資源整合平台，沒有認知的絕對界限，而是存在多元和未來領域的可能性。
SEED MODE x「 種子模型 」
種子本身作為穿越时间的容器，充滿想像空間。辦公室入口處的艺术灯光裝置，存放著每一样投資行業的代表物品。
金融體系的估值模型，被具象化為種子模型，用以表達企業內在的價值觀。
GENIUS LOCI x「 場所精神 」
“那時我尚未察覺，但回想起來，我意識到那是我第一次體驗到 ‘當下’。” — Peter Zumthor
設計師將原來採光較弱的封閉格局、傳統單一的動線逐一打破，引入充足光線，打開邊界與高空視野，重塑對於城市開放辦公空間的認知。
會客廳作為進入辦公室的第一空間，如何能令到訪者第一時間便能感受到互動交流、具備前瞻性視野的企業精神，尤為重要。
SOFTNESS x「 柔軟意義 」
隨處可見的柔軟弧度，其存在意义在於以设计语言，巧妙地介入空间与人的動線关系。牽引視線的流轉，释放柔和的空间温度，對於辦公空間特質的重塑起到十分關鍵的作用。
滿足不同工作模式下的差異化需求，我們亦专门研發了一系列与空间调性相搭配的組合模塊家具，带来現代辦公更高的舒适度与靈活性，辦公室也可以成為精神灣區。

從舊改項目到商業項目，從1.0進化到2.0。我們將種光的設計理念，更廣泛的運用於城市更新。因此，象征著生長力、希望與未來的「種光計劃2.0」應然而生。
